Eligibility ConditionApplicants must have retired from courts, from departments equivalent to courts, or from posts in other government departments that are equivalent to or higher than the notified posts.
Age LimitApplicants must not have completed 62 years of age.
Employment continues until continuous service reaches 179 days, until the court's functioning ends, or until the individual appointed turns 62 years of age - whichever comes first.

Selection process

Selection is based on a priority order determined from the list prepared for each post. The applications of eligible candidates will undergo strict scrutiny of their bio-data, qualifications, experience, and service records. Preference will be given to individuals who retired from courts
