Information we process

If you create an account, we may process your name, email address, authentication provider and account identifier. We also process the job-alert preferences you choose and technical information needed to deliver features such as notifications, analytics, crash reporting, performance monitoring and advertising.

Saved jobs and some preferences may be stored locally on your device or browser. Notification delivery may require a device push token. We do not ask you to submit a government identity document or financial account information to use the job-information service.

How we use information

We use information to provide sign-in, saved-job and alert features; deliver notifications; maintain security; diagnose crashes and performance problems; understand product usage; prevent abuse; and support advertising and measurement where enabled.

Service providers

The service uses third-party technology providers, including Google/Firebase services and advertising or measurement partners used by the mobile apps. Those providers may process device, account or usage information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Your choices and account deletion

You can change notification permissions in your device settings and sign out at any time. If you created an account, you can permanently delete it from Settings in the mobile apps. You can also request deletion without the app by following the instructions on our account-deletion page.

Account deletion removes the Firebase Authentication account and app-owned profile, alert, saved-job, notification-device, notification-history, pending-digest and profile-photo data. Aggregated or de-identified analytics that no longer identifies your account may remain according to the retention policies of the providers used by the service.
