Eligibility

Field Assistant (Statistics) / EnumeratorBachelor's degree from a recognised university in any subject having studied at least a paper of Statistics / Economics / Mathematics / Social Science / Sociology / Psychology at Graduate level OR Bachelor's Degree in any subject with 50% marks in Mathematics at 12th standard.
Additional mandatory eligibility conditions includeKnowledge of English and Local Language: Candidates must have both English and any one of the Local Languages (Assamese, Bengali, Bodo) as subjects during HSLC.
Knowledge of ComputerCandidates must have a Computer Course Certificate of minimum 6 (six) months duration from a Government recognized Institute (candidates with BCA, B.Tech in IT or Engineering degrees with IT/Computer Application are exempted from producing a separate certificate).
Employment ExchangeCandidates must have a valid Employment Exchange registration certificate in the State of Assam.
Caste CertificateMust be issued by the Government of Assam for claiming reservation.
