Selection process

1. 1Selection is made through a merit list prepared on the basis of academic percentages, computer practical tests, and experience in government rural development schemes. If applicant numbers exceed 10 times the vacancies, candidates are called for the next stage in a 1:10 ratio based on merit. Selected candidates undergo document verification and skill/practical tests as applicable
