Eligibility

• Panel LawyerMust be a citizen of India and a resident of Gaya, an active member of the Bar Association / Sub-divisional Bar Association Sherghati, possess more than 3 years of experience in legal practice, and have an interest in legal service work.
• Must possess good character and be physically and mentally sound.
• Must not have any registered or pending criminal case, must not have been convicted in any criminal case, and must not have been barred from holding any responsible office by a competent court or authority.
• Must hold membership certificate from the Bihar State Bar Council and District Bar Association / Sub-divisional Bar Association.
